A great little bakery & coffee shop in Hell's Kitchen (they have 2 other locations now, but this was the original). What makes them great, in addition to their substantial skills:

Every day we donate our extra bread to Fountain House and City Harvest (8000 lbs per month gathered from our 3 stores!).
It looks drooling good if you know what I mean. The accompanying text is also interesting to read. Just looking around and showing your surroundings is also nice at the other side of the ocean. I try to do the same.
ReplyDeleteQuite an assortment of breads - the smells emanating from the establishment must be intoxicating if the baking is done on the premises. A successful assignment in food photography when it looks enticing enough to eat!
