I am sure its more impressive b&w then in color. Sometimes I wish to make a picture that stays good even if its get wet, burned or what else of disaster there are and it doesn't matter color or b&w. But still your one is great.
Yes--Celebrate the garishness! OK...maybe "celebrate" is the wrong word. I suppose the kaleidoscopic array of "signings" adds a little color to an otherwise bleak environment, but I wouldn't recommend it as any kind of urban beautification effort. Glad to see it isn't as pervasive in the NYC subways as it was back in the day...
