Walkway is along Pier 26. The city has put a lot of money and effort into revitalizing the waterfronts around the New York. Old abandoned piers are repurposed for recreational activities, parks, restaurants, performance spaces. Across the street anoter new high rise under construction.

As seen from Hoboken, NJ. Clouds are lingering this week, along with rain-forest humidity and heat.

Never attended rallies or marches or protests until Trump usurped the presidency and proceeded to shred every last vestige of decency at home and abroad. Staying busy now. Times Square vigil last night.

The Pandering Pig is a restaurant in my little neighborhood. Haven't eaten there yet, but it's on my list.Cafe Buuni, blurred in the background, serves great Ethiopian coffee. The owners are Ethiopian immigrants. Yes immigration!
